Villas Lia is located right on the beach at Playa Larga. A place where you will enjoy the majesty of the Pacific Ocean, its beautiful and romantic sunsets, and pleasant walks along this unique and very long beach, far from the noise of hotel zones.

Playa Larga is considered a semi‑virgin beach with a length of 14 km, which it shares with Playa Blanca and Barra de Potosí. Villas Lia, within Playa Larga, is 10 minutes (6 km) from the airport, 15 minutes (8 km) from Zihuatanejo, and 25 minutes (15 km) from Ixtapa.

Enjoy ocean views at all times, whether from our rooms, the pool, or under our coconut palms.

We offer four Villas Lia, each with one bedroom. On the ground floor, there are two rooms, each with two double beds, accommodating up to four guests per room. On the upper floor, there is one room with two double beds for up to four guests, and another room with a king‑size bed for two guests.

The maximum capacity of the entire property is 14 guests, ensuring privacy and exclusivity.

Each villa has its own fully equipped kitchen, A/C, ceiling fan, TV with Sky, hot water, Wi‑Fi in common areas, and daily housekeeping with bed linens and towels changed every two days.

Policies

Considerations for reservations, cancellations and use of the facilities.

  • -Check in: 15 hrs.
  • -Check out: 12 hrs.
  • -To confirm the reservation a 50% deposit is required before your arrival.
  • -The difference is covered upon arrival regardless of whether they stay fewer days than booked.
  • -Reservation cancellation with a minimum notice of 15 days in advance will refund the deposit minus 15% for administrative fees.
  • -Cancellation of a reservation with notification 14 days or less in advance will result in a refund of the deposit if the bungalow is rented again and a 15% fee will be charged for administrative expenses.
  • -Cancellations for reservations during Christmas, New Year's, Easter and public holidays will only be refunded if the bungalow is rented again and a 15% fee for administrative expenses will be charged.
  • -A guest is any person who enters the room regardless of their age.
  • -Rooms with a King-size bed accommodate up to two guests. The rest of the rooms accommodate up to four guests each.
